Refunds
Clients who are not completely satisfied with our services may place a request for a full refund within the first 30 days of their purchase at support@tecadu.com. Approved refund will be provided using the same payment instrument which the purchase was made with within 7 days after the receiving of the request and completing certain due diligence and due process.
Cancellation
Client has a right to request a cancellation of the order only in the case where the order has not yet been accepted for processing, i.e. the payment for the order has not been received, or the delivery of the order has not started yet. Once the client starts receiving the ordered services, order cannot be cancelled.
Termination
Flare Tech Nigeria can terminate this agreement with a client at any time for any reason, with or without cause. Flare Tech Nigeria specifically reserves the right to terminate this agreement if client violates any of the terms mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, violating the intellectual property rights of Flare Tech Nigeria or a third party, failing to comply with applicable laws or other legal obligations. Clients who have a registered account with www.tecadu.com, can also terminate this agreement at any time by contacting us at support@tecadu.com. At the termination of this Agreement, any provisions that would be expected to survive termination by their nature shall remain in full force and effect.
Shipping
No physical product will be shipped by Flare Tech Nigeria to any client. The delivery of the order will be initiated immediately after payment is confirmed. Client has a right to ask Flare Tech Nigeria to provide a confirmation of the completion of his order. All the services bought through www.tecadu.com are delivered by Flare Tech Nigeria.
Severability
If one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby.
